ORLANDO, FLORIDA, January 6,
2003 — Synthetic Putting Green Manufacturer PGD CHICAGO announced today that PGA Tour professional
Heath Slocum has signed a 5-year endorsement deal with the
company. The signing of Heath Slocum is the fourth PGA Tour
player to endorse PGD CHICAGO. PGA veteran stars
Davis Love III, Paul Stankowski, and Joe Durant are also company
representatives.

representing or company. Heath is one of the most exciting
young players on the tour. He was only the second player in
PGA Tour history to earn playing privileges by winning 3 BUY.COM

The
signing of Heath Slocum comes on the heels of another recent
announcement that PGD CHICAGO is opening a new west
coast office in California to further its expansion into that
market. “We have focused on bringing some of the top
young players on board with our company and expanding our
brand name nationally as well as internationally.” Financial
terms of the 5-year deal were not disclosed.
PGD CHICAGO is a division of Universal
