 PGD CHICAGO sports turf extends the following limited warranty
on all fabricated sports turf sold to the original purchaser
of the finished installed product only, subject to the conditions
below. PGD CHICAGO warrants its polypropylene sport
turf fibers for a period of six (6) years and its nylon sport
turf fibers for twelve (12) years from the date of purchase
or installation (whichever date is earliest) and against color
fade in excess of 15 percent scale of it's original color
if properly maintained as specified in the PGD CHICAGO Installation Instructions. If the percentage is more
than 50%, PGD CHICAGO will replace the affected
portion of the finished synthetic fiber product with a new
product of equal quality on a prorated basis, if installed
and maintained correctly as specified in the PGD CHICAGO Installation Instructions. This prorated schedule will
be as follows:

PGD CHICAGO's obligations under this
warranty are restricted to the replacement or repair, at our
sole option, of the affected areas covered herein. The remedy
of repair or replacement shall be the only remedy. PGD CHICAGO warrants only the construction of the fabricated
surface fiber system. PGD CHICAGO shall have no
other obligation or liability in any matter or thing including,
without limitation, damages for personal injury or other damages
of any type or kind.
Failure resulting from causes other than ultraviolet
degradation of the face fiber yarn, including but not limited
to removal or reduction of the sand-fill level, chemical attack
from adhesives, backing materials, cleaning agents, chemical
pollution or any other related causes are not covered by this
warranty.
Effects due to changes in texture resulting
from the incorrect application of sand, entrapped dirt, normal
wear, normal matting, traffic and compression are expressly
excluded from this warranty.
